Experience: 7+ years

Skill Level experience: 5+ years

Maintains and advises all Munitions loading, release and suspension equipment. Disassembles, inspects, repairs, reassembles Air to Air and Air to ground suspension and launch items. Tear down and buildup of the M61A1 20 mm Gun to include all scheduled inspections in the established technical orders. Maintains all related shop equipment, tests all electrical and electronic circuitry for continuity, voltage and normal operation. Analyzes malfunctions and performs functional checks of bomb and missile systems.

Task and Responsibility

Maintains all munitions loading, launch, release and suspension equipment. Maintains the M61A1 20 mm Gun system. Controls use of shop space, testing equipment, tools, technical orders, spare parts, and materials related to Weapons Release. Stores, inspects and maintains all Alternate Mission Equipment (AME) related to the Weapons systems.
