Experience: 5 years

Skill Level experience: 3 years

1. Must have experience on F-15 internal and external fuel systems.
2. Must have experience on -15 conformal fuel tanks.
3. Must have experience on F-15 aircraft phase work cards.
4. Must have experience on maintaining F-15 technical orders.
5. Must have experience on maintaining / operating AGE equipment.
6. Must be able to read simple schematics.
7. Able to troubleshoot the fuel system.

Task and Responsibility

Inspects, removes, repairs, installs and modifies aircraft fuel and in-flight refueling systems; and supervises aircraft fuel systems maintenance activities.

1. Remove, inspect, reinstall, or replace internal fuel cells and components on the F-15 aircraft.
2. Disassemble, inspect, repair, or replace components, and reassemble external fuel tank for the F-15 aircraft.
3. Disassemble, inspect, repair, or replace components, and reassemble conformal fuel tank for the F-15 aircraft.
4. Perform troubleshooting, operational checks, and leak checks on the F-15 aircraft fuel system
5. Comply with F-15 aircraft phase work cards.
6. Operate AGE equipment.
7. Will use and maintain F-15 technical orders.
8. May perform, only when approved and authorized T.C.T.O. work.
9. Will train the RSAF Personnel on the F-15 fuel systems
