Experience: 10+ years
Skills Level Experience: 5+ years
- Ten (10) or more years in a management position of which at least five (5) were on F-15 aircraft in a supervisory position in a Maintenance Operations, Quality Control, Intermediate Maintenance or Organizational Flight within an RSAF Maintenance Squadron.
- Must have experience or close familiarity with all shops and facilities in both the Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance areas of the Maintenance Squadron.
- Must possess an extensive working knowledge of RSAF regulations, publications, and Technical Manuals.
- Must possess an extensive working knowledge of the RSAF Supply System.
Task and Responsibility
- Advise Wing and Maintenance Squadron Commanders of problems related to maintenance and maintenance management.
- Monitor all Maintenance activities and keep abreast of all repair processes in work.
- Monitor all shops and facilities within the Maintenance Squadron and keep abreast of manning and equipment concerns.
- Monitor Supply orders and issues and assist shops and facilities with solving Supply problems.
- Monitor and forecast manpower requirements for the Maintenance Squadron
