Plans, develops, maintains, and controls all Course Control Documents (CCD’s) related to the RSAF Technical Training Squadron (TTS) F-15, Tornado and Ancillary training courses and programs. These documents include Course Synopsis (CS), Course Training Standards (CTS’s), Course Instructional Plans (CIP’s), Criterion Referenced Test Items and Checklists.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working as a curriculum specialist.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in course development.
- Must be proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to communicate, both orally and written, with personnel at all levels.
- Must have experience working in all areas of curriculum.
- Must have a working knowledge of technical training forms
Task and Responsibility
- Maintain and control all Course Control Documents (CCD’s) associated with assigned courses.
- Review CCD’s dev eloped by other instructors for current format, applicability to training requirement and compliance with RSAF directives.
- Advise and coordinate with instructor personnel in the development of new courses to meet training requirements and update/maintain existing courses.
- Correspond with other bases concerning course development
- Correspond with RSAF HQ/DAT concerning all courses.
- Be able to understand and determine requirements listed in RSAF Manual 105-31
- Maintain and update a master copy of all course documents
- Ensure that reproduction is advised when copies of existing course material is requested by instructors
- Perform annual reviews with the Training OPR for existing courses.
